Constituent reports that construction debris was left infront of his property. Does not belong to him but someone dumped it infront of his property in black bags. There was construction in front of my house almost 2 months ago. They dug up the street and were out there all night. They left behind 4-6 cones and 3 attached bars to block off the area where they were working. No one has ever come back to pick them up. I called NSTAR and Eversource, neither has claimed them.
