1333 Blue Hill Ave, Mattapan, Ma, 021261333 Blue Hill Ave had a fire over years ago. The building has never been properly boarded up. There are one or more people living in the building, raccoons and rats. People are climbing into the 2nd floor window by using the next door building (1325) porch to get enough height to climb over the fence and up the fire escape. This man has threatened to kill us on several occasions when he is caught climbing. The police have been called multiple times and he has been arrested. He continue to come back and we are possibly in danger. As well as this building being a health hazard with a family of racoons and the mice. |
