States there is a big hole in the roof where a large raccoon family climbs in and out of, the door was open in a recent wind storm, states 911 has been called and the responding officers could smell a dead animal inside. States even after the BPD response, the owners did not secure their property. States the other night, some neighborhood preteens kicked the door open.]

CLOSED #101006123318Resolved. Site visit on 6/26/25 the site I'm question is a vacant apartment complex, only construction workers on-site. I walked the site and spoke Reilly the supervisor and we agreed that end of day clean up is daily - No Basis.
