States there is a big hole in the roof where a large raccoon family climbs in and out of, the door was open in a recent wind storm, states 911 has been called and the responding officers could smell a dead animal inside. States even after the BPD response, the owners did not secure their property. States the other night, some neighborhood preteens kicked the door open.]

The property has been abandoned for years. Overgrown weeds, trash accumulation, and general disrepair make it a persistent eyesore. In the winter, the sidewalk goes unshoveled, posing a serious safety hazard. According to city records, the property has unpaid violations going back to March 2018.
