We, as well as employees of the Bostonian, have witnessed this man. There is trash left on the premises which has attracted rats. These are seen on a regular basis. The property condition needs to be addressed. Please advise how we, the abutters, can get this issue resolved.]

Constituent reports if your looking at the house from the street it would be on the far right side of the foundation if you go up the driveway from the right it would be in the basement.Constituent reports you are able to see right into the basement.Constituent reports this buidling is abandoned and condemed however there are rodents and rats that are a result of this building.]
