What is the nature of the problem: [33 Gayland (not available in LAGAN) running an illegal repair shop on the public street. As many as 6 cars parked there, blocking neighbors driveways etc. dumping toxins.]

Illegal body shop. Has been reported before. Multiple unregistered vehicles, noise and odors in quiet residential area. Constant illegal activity with no repercussions. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that there are multiple car that get operated on many of the cars do not have a LP# which indicates that it belongs to the autobody shop. Please fine. Cars stretch around the intersection and goes onto neighboring streets.]

What is the nature of the problem: [There is a Car Wash Van (plain white van) that is parked outside of the residence, illegally washing cars. The van is illegally parked, holds no proper licensing or permits. Also, they are not disposing of chemical wastes appropriately and dumping onto the residence front lawn area which has children that reside and play there. BPD has told the business owner that they cannot park there or continue doing business, but they still are.]

The truck engine runs 24 hours and there are multiple extension cords running from the building to the truck for their power tools]
