hi. there is a parcel of city owned? land across the street from my house..i live at 238 hyde park ave in jp. this parcel has become a dumping ground for people's trash. there is also a tree stump protruding through the fence as well as another tree that looks like it's about to fall over. as a homeowner, i would love to see this parcel given some attention and cleaned up when possible. thank you for your time. debra johnson |
