What is the nature of the problem: [The empty lot next to this address needs to be cleaned ASAP!! There is trash, overgrown weeds and this is causing a major rodent problem; The Vacant Lot has been reported numerous times and nothing has been done about. There is a Trailor on the empty lot, which residents are not sure if they are causing all the trash debris, but something needs to be done about this Vacant Lot.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Across the street from 25 Dale Street, Roxbury there is a vacant Lot that is full of trash/debris. Can this COB please have this cleaned up. If there is any way of getting a "No Loitering Sign" put also.]

Lot at 33 Richfield St is overgrown, and filled with trash, and is a haven for rats. Overgrowth has overgrown the sidewalk making it impossible for a person with a stroller, or wheelchair, or walker, to use the sidewalk. This is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandated minimum 4’ wide Pedestrian Zone. The overgrowth also obstructs driver's view when turning make the intersection dangerous to pedestrians, cyclists, and automobiles. |
