Rodent activity. The property has rat burrows in the front and back yard. A lot of rodent activity at night and on trash day. The rodents are all the place at night.

Constituent reports consistent issue with bedbugs and cocroaches in the apt for several months. Constituent states the resident no longer lives in the apt but they wanted to file a complaint regarding the issue anonymously. Excessive debris in the rear of 161 Neponset Ave. Car parts, improperly stored garbage, wood etc causing a major rodent issue to abutting properties.

Constituent reports an infestation of flies in their unit, 1314 Blue Hill Ave, unit B13. Constituent states that their wife kills 40-50 flies in their unit every day. Constituent brought this issue to the attention of their property manager, where they were able to find the source of the flies, which was holes around the property with maggots. Constituent states that the property manager hasn't taken any action on filling in the holes as well as the fly problem itself. Caller had an inspection scheduled for July 16th but NEVER received a call and no one came by. My abutting neighbors may be infested with rats. I have rat droppings and tunnels in my yard. We have frequent sightings at dawn and dusk of multiple rats using my yard as a highway. These photos are from ~7am in the morning.

Crazy increase in rat activity. 2nd dead rat I’ve found in a week and they are vacationing my yard. I no longer want my kids playing in my yard as the excess droppings is scattered everywhere.
