Pest Infestation - Residential
325 Summit Ave, Brighton, Ma, 02135Addition to previous report #101006308283 with more photos. There is at minimum 10 rats constantly around the trash cans belonging to 325 Summit Ave. The rats are going under and over our parked cars which are adjacent to their trash area. One of the photos attached shows rat feces that are all over our parking lots which is a health hazard. The landlord/s of 325 Summit Ave did nothing to help with this issue. There is a hole leading to under their building in which the rats keep crawling into. The landlord/s just threw a bunch of rocks and dirt into the hole thinking it will fix the problem instead of filling it up properly. It did not fix the problem the rats still crawl into and out of the hole. Their trash is constantly overfilling and the lids of the trash cans are never closed properly. The rats just keep multiplying as days go by and they are doing nothing about it. This place needs urgent pest control intervention and the 325 Summit Ave building needs to be held accountable for this issue they caused to all of us around. All you hear at night is rats fighting and biting.
