    Noted. Responded to above CRM on 03/02/26. Upon arrival spoke with PIC and explained the complaint received. Checked the latest Pest Control IPM report, the establishment is following with all the guidance in it. No reports of pest activity. No pest activity observed at this site at that time, a walkthrough performed with the PIC. The establishment is being serviced 3-4 times weekly by Ecolab.
