    Major rat burrow located inside of retaining wall behind 22-20 Highgate St, Allston. Significant number of holes present in the loose dirt behind the wall. Many rats observed running in and out. The retaining wall itself doesn't look entirely stable. Also unsure whether this is public or private property.
