1534 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton, Ma, 02135I just saw about 10 rats coming out of 2 Carol Ave, Brighton, 02135. They left all their trash outside. No container or anything. 2 of the rats had clear skin issues. The building seem to be in very bad shape and smells terrible. Please inspect it as soon as possible. There are kids living in the building and having all these rats around them is a public health issue and should be a priority for the city

Vertical/ horizontal for sweeps have been installed on all doors, chips and additional foods are bound placed in plastic totes prior to closing. Activity is significantly decreasing. Pest service will remain and be reviewed until no activity noted.

We live at 34 chestnut ave and have had pest control on our every 2 weeks for the 2 months due to rats burrowing around our building, and the pest experts believe that they are spilling onto our property from our neighbors at 32 chestnut ave due to the excess garbage and overgrown weeds on their property. We would love if they could keep their barrels tidy (ideally replace ones with holes) and cut back the overgrowth that abuts our property. Thank you!
