Multiple rat sightings & garbage left in backyard; rat runway and hole has gotten much bigger. Buildings back alley entry for ground floor apartment.

att Brendan - Back Bay station Clarendon garbage room rats everywhere, dumpsters constantly overflowing, driveway has a vast accumulation of black bus grease and hazardous as ABM who works for Boston Properties the management company of the station transports illegal trash and garage leaks on bus loop, the entire driveway has been power washed four times in 11 years - they have a contracted obligation to power wash regularly. Trash is not emptied in the morning on Clarendon, people are throwing food from the trash onto the driveway and people empting bags of food and feed the pigeons and seagulls - atracking RATS. Boston Properties is responsible for the cleaning and refuses to have professional trash collectors pick up daily and they are not power washing the garbage, bus loop and sidewalk on Clarendon St. Please issue abatement.

Pest and habitability issue at Unit 106, 320 D Street, West Square, 02127, South Boston. Tenancy began December 7, 2025. Shortly after move-in, we experienced an infestation issue which was reported to the property manager, Blueground, on January 6, 2026. Pest control attended on January 12, 2026 and identified carpet beetles and carried out treatment. The issue caused disruption to our use of the apartment during this period. In addition, there were multiple unannounced pest control visits arranged without notice, which caused further disruption. The matter has not been properly resolved by the property manager despite repeated follow-up. Although the issue was sorted out from January 13th onwards, we have started to get more bites in the last 3-4 days. Requesting inspection and review of pest conditions and habitability. Mice spotted in restaurant - Woods Hill at 300 pier 4. Informed manager and he didn’t seem that concerned but admitted it’s been a problem. Mouse was running under tables.
