    Observed increased rodent activity @ 305 Chestnut Avenue. Now have rat activity across from 305 Chestnut Avenue into adjacent yard and borrows and rat droppings. Please reinspect for proper maintenance of traps and bait stations. Also, that workers dispose of food waste properly because food waste can be seen on the street in front of 305 Chestnut Avenue

    The Dentist office at 97 Neponset Ave is not clearing out the rear yard it’s over grown and he is not storing refuse bags this has been an on going issue and every few years it results impact our residential home at 9 Thelma Rd. Unfortunately, it’s happened again we have rat activity and need the city’s assistance to have the dentist clean up his rear lot that abuts our property.
