    I see multiple rats every night around my house. I don't have to look hard or long. Don't see signs of them getting into our trash cans.

    130 P Street has garbage and filth around the back of their property. Boxes have been there for several months. Rats are living there. Yesterday we saw huge rat droppings at our back door and neighbors across the street tell us they’re seeing rats run down our alley and on P St in front of their house. This is an ongoing issue with multiple 311 requests submitted by us and our neighbors. Please do something about unkept poor conditions of their property and fine them for the rats already! There is too much development! I haven’t seen one rat box at 130 P street yet my husband and I have them even though we don’t have rats! We pay money to Boris Pest Service monthly and it’s not fair that this property with absentee landlords do nothing.

    What is being done please ( other than saying “citation issued” , that is obviously being ignored), for the TRASH to be removed, and the rodent infestation be addressed? There are rats ln ALL neighboring properties, mainly from this abandoned house that is clearly falling apart and not cleaned in any shape or form, this is getting out of control, neighbors and streets are FULL of rats and rat droppings all over the lawns and property! :stop_sign: if anyone owns this house, they MUST get their rats under control and hire pest control! :stop_sign: if nobody owns the house, then the city must get their rats under control and install bait stations please let us know, as we do not tolerate nor should be subjected to a rat infestation in our back yards
