This blue house 43 Warner has been reported multiple times. It has been abandoned for over 10 years, and there is ongoing rodent activity in and around the property, including rodents that can be seen on the adjacent sidewalk. why is the owner not required to properly maintain this place? the condition is contributing to a rodent infestation in the area! WHY is nothing being done???

Rat problem is quite bad and they are starting burrows under structural components of our house and the rear condo unit retaining wall. They have dug out piles and piles of stone that I'm worried may comprise the structural integrity of (our rear apartment stairs) and this large retaining wall in the back of our yard.

Excessive rat activity, dead rats on property in back and excessive activity in front yard too. We are the adjoining unit to 61 bailey and had our pest company come out to treat. During the pest company visit to our triple decker today, we found dead rats on common areas between the two properties in the back and on their properties side. We have had many sightings in their piles of trash in the backyard as well. Our pest company collected the dead rats as it’s a health issue but we should not be addressing this and, the landlord needs to take care of their side. Our pest management company said until the trash is addressed on the adjoining property this will continue to be an issue. We have had multi complaints to city and even spoke to landlord about this - either no progress or effort over months.
