    Resolved. Responded to above CRM on 11/21/25. Upon arrival spoke with PIC and explained the complaint received. Establishment is serviced twice per week by Orkin Pest Control. Reviewed the latest Pest Control report which indicated activity in certain areas. Discussed with PIC on duty George to set up a more comprehensive approach with the Pest Control Company and addres all issued related. A compliance inspection scheduled.
