Constituent states they are being ignored by their management, Winn, in a BHA property, regarding a leak in their bathroom. Constituent states they have severe anxiety and are a single mother with 2 young children so going back and forth has been very exhausting. Constituent states that Winn told them that the BHA wants constituents out of the apartment. Constituent states that upstairs neighbors are the issue causing the leak in their bathroom. Caller states the window does not close all the way and it effects the temperature in the apartment.
