The constituent states that shes been having issues in this apartment. The landlord doesnt like fixing things when she calls him to repair something in the home. The bathroom has mold and water bubbles from the ceiling. The upstairs was flooding and came into her apartment walls. The damage is still there. The constituent states he failed inspection for a built in microwave in the wall. He removed it and theres an empty spot with nothing there. The constituent states ISD is aware with certain things. The inspector came to her house through metro housing. The constituent states now she has no heat in her apartment and using a portable heater. The portable heater is electrical current is strong that if she usings another outlet the power goes out. The constituent also thinks that the landlord turned off the heat because of the complaint that was filed against him. The constituent states her and her children are in the house cold. The thermometer reads that the house is at 60 degrees. These issues are causing an uncomfortable living experience.
