The officer who closed this case stated he left me a voicemail. That is false. I received no phone call and no voicemail. No callback number was provided. The officer never went to Unit 305 to address the source of the complaint. He closed the case without taking any action against the person causing the disturbance. The officer also labeled me an Emotionally Disturbed Person in the official case notes. I am not. I am a tenant who is being harassed daily by my upstairs neighbor Bruce Irving in Unit 305 and his dogs. This label was applied without any in-person contact, without any observed behavior, and without any basis whatsoever. 44 Soldiers Field Pl, Brighton, Ma, 02135 (Inactive)It is 5:47am in the morning and the upstairs tenants Bruce Irving is letting his dog drop a bone or hard toy above my unit. I next assistance from the City in getting this tenant to comply with the city noise ordinance. He knows it is disruptive and affecting my sleep and he is still allowed to keep his pet even though ani.al control has been out several times. I am disabled so where do we go from here? I am tired of paying my rent and this tenant getting away with breaking the law just because the City won't help.
