This tree pit will be permanently closed by the Public Works Department as the BPRD Urban Forestry Division is unable to replant in this existing tree pit.

    We lost a 40 year old tree on Lakeville Road in Jamaica Plain. The City removed it; there is now a tree pit and broken sidewalk with red cones all around it.
