    College students living at 148 Lake St., Brighton threw trash out their window onto the lawn yesterday and it hasn’t been cleaned up. We have a big problem with rats in our neighborhood.

    The recycling trucks did not pick up our recycling bins this morning. Despite the snow being there, they are visible from the street and there's paths on either side of our apartment that lead from the street to the sidewalk.
