    The sidewalk all down Lincoln st from Essex to beach is horrible. It’s not level, it’s tilted and there’s cracks and bulging tar from poorly done repairs over the years. It needs to be replaced. I’ve seen two people fall in the past month; both elderly. Especially as the temps plunge and ice develops, it’s a hazard.
