Broken Sidewalk
7 Sylvia St, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130Everyday there is a new car blocking our driveway making it challenging to get in and out. Please help fix these broken sidewalks and create a gradual ramp down while also making it clear where the driveway starts. The current setup has the sidewalk effectively cutting into the driveway. This is a frustrating daily occurrence and also the sidewalk is not safe. We’ve been asking to fix this for over two years. Please help. Thank you
CLOSED #101006418334Case Noted. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. BTD has investigated and since vehicles are parking more than 2 feet from the driveway that is a violation of the Traffic Rules and Regulations. Unfortunately, we discontinued posting signage to restrict parking for driveways. Please contact BTD Traffic Enforcement for this issue. Also, for the sidewalk repair please contact Public Works. Thank you for contacting 311 and BTD.
