Intersection Of Beaufort Rd And Lakeville Rd, Jamaica Plain, Ma
Curb needs to be replaced on the corner of Beaufort and Lakeville. It has become a major issue with vehicles jumping the broken curb and going on to the grass which is in turn damaging the roots of a very tall healthy oak tree. The tree is very important to our building as well as the neighborhood and the more people drive over this area the more the roots will get damaged and the tree will fall causing great damage to buildings and people. I've put this request in multiple times over the years and nothing has been done. Please can someone do something about this. Our condo association is happy to work with the city but we really need a solution to this problem asap. It is bad and it is concerning and is going to end up endangering people if the tree falls. The tree currently is healthy and needs to remain in place. We just need a taller curb. It's a simple solution.
