The construction site on brooks st between Chelsea and Morris (East Boston) should have better signage, especially when there is hot mix asphalt drying on the sidewalk

This morning I witnessed a large dump truck parked right next to my fence. When concrete/ materials were dropped inside some projected out onto the fence prior to the 2 new holes showing up today. The truck was here as part of the city project to rebuild the roads in the neighborhood. I’d like someone from the city to come out to discuss or call me. We will need the fence repaired and will need to know which company was here this morning on 5/28. I am the homeowner. Thank you.

Constituent states that recent renovation work done on the sidewalk in front of 35 Cerdan st ate into the constituent's lot and the contractors appear to have left. Constituent states the work is not done as there is an 8 inch gap between the sidewalk and the constituent's lot that is a trip and injury hazard. Constituent states that there needs to be grass seeds and dirt placed in the gap to protect people from injury. | Cause of damage: [Construction]

Constituent previously submitted a case regarding issues with the sidewalk repairs that happened previously. The case was closed out but it did not address the concerns that were expressed in the first case. Constituent states that the sidewalk access valve was covered up with concrete so it is now inaccessible to whatever utility company owns it.
