Broken Sidewalk
21 23 Hancock St, Boston, Ma, 02114Request to put a street sign on the light post in front of 21 Hancock Street. I suggest that the street sign say "no parking hallow sidewalk". There is a manhole to access the city utilities. This hollow sidewalk is often parked on by delivery trucks and contractors. The sidewalk bricks are falling in and have been damaged by the heavy cars. Also, my building foundation has already been damaged and this would help prevent additional damage.
CLOSED #101006381449Noted. BTD ISSUE.

Broken Sidewalk
789 Parker St, Mission Hill, Ma, 02120Sidewalks (mainly at the cross walks) were recently replaced in out neighborhood. When the concrete was poured the workmen used forms that left large gaps abutting my home's front garden. Not only did they leave these large holes, but also took my bricks and cobble stones, so even if I could use them to fill the gaps, I no longer have them! I spoke to three different workers who assured me they would come back through to fill in such spots. They have not. The holes are quite large and deep and someone could reasonably put their foot in if they round the corner tightly. Please come back and pour some concrete into these gaps! This is in two spots on either side of the fence gate that leads to the front door. (I could only add these three pictures) Thank you.
CLOSED #101006380320Case Noted. Contractor and Engineer have been notified.

Broken Sidewalk
246 Bremen St, East Boston, Ma, 02128This is regarding a recently closed ticket. Yes, this site has a permit for construction obviously. Their permit explicitly states they need to keep the sidewalk safe for pedestrian use and thru traffic. Leaving barricades strewn across the sidewalk all weekend so no one can pass through should not fly because they “have a permit.”
CLOSED #101006379586Noted. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly request that you resubmit your complaint to the ISD building.
