    I've owned on Billings st in West Roxbury for 10 years. The sidewalks are HORRIBLE! They are pavement. They are a HAZARD! My kids go over their handle bars and flip on their bikes and scooters. You will have a law suit coming your way if you don't get it fixed. All of us neighbors will get together and do a class suit. Unacceptable. I'm a father of 3.

    This has been an issue for a while now. Several people have tripped or stumbled when walking across here… It has been inaccessible and an inconvenience for individuals in wheelchairs that have attempted to get on the sidewalk once they were helped out of the vehicle...

    Constiteunt states the sidewalks on Franklin st between Broad st and Batterymarch are in such bad condition they have to walk in the street so they do not trip and fall like they did on this block last winter.     Constituent states crews came out earlier this year and patched sidewalk with asphalt. But it is continuing to raise becuase of the tree. Asking to please get this on list for full repair. The cracks are now starting to enter the front yard and concerned this is going to affect the foundation of the home. Asking to please get a call to discuss as elderly residents live in this address, there is also an assisted living home near by.
