City Inspector found no signs of excavation, however noticed a clean harbor vac truck at building at the rear of 126 pumping out a basement for Eversource, foreperson on sight stated they arrived this morning not last night. I would believe noise must have come from someone else pumping out the basement at that time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
