This car has not moved in months in the fall a woman used to pull up and switch out with a different similar vehicle just always having either car always parked there. Now this car has gone unmoved for over 2 months: taking up a spot all winter. GY TOYOTA COROLLA MA 3904RC

Car has been parked in front of 15 Mallet Street since the beginning of December when street cleaning stopped. The owner does not bother to clean the car after any snowfalls, including the huge Blizzard from Monday. There is litter all over there vehicle including a hamburger a fast food wrappers. Mallet Street is one of the rare two way streets in this neighborhood. That means that it is a tight, narrow road and parking spaces are limited.
