The Channel Center Garage at 116 W First St has had inadequate lighting (dead lights) on half of each floor for over a year, creating unsafe paths of egress in violation of 780 CMR Chapter 10. As the hours of daylight get shorter again, this neglect by garage manager Metropolis is becoming an increasing concern.
