The parking lot is being rented out during red sox games and they are having cars parked on side walk. The constituent states she saw the car hit the hydrant and left. The constituent states its the fault of the person in charge of the parking lot. The constiutent states the security guards are not doing any sort of monitoring. requesting assistance with this matter.]
