What is the nature of the problem: [BPD c-11 reports sister of George Banfield calling to see if he is located in his previous home of 67 Coleman, which was abandoned and has since been taken over by ISD. He has a psychiatric issues and his sister wants to locate him. Notified ISD on call at 5:55 PM, they revealed that they did not own the property.]
