What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the buling is in terrible condition. Constituent stated that there are mattresses and furniture all over the property. Constituent is concerned that is a hazard cause a fire can easily occur. Please look into this]

This building has been vacant since 2017, and has been in a state of partial demolition for over 2 years. The temporary construction fencing has an 8 foot gap on the southerly side of the site, and anyone wishing to gain access may do so at any time. It is a hazard to the adjacent residential neighborhood, and an insulting eyesore. Construction debris has been dumped on the site, directly adjacent to flowed tidelands. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the garage door fell in at the mentioned location. Constituent stated that this is an abandoned building. The constituent is concerned about the area being open because it might attract squatters.]

What is the nature of the problem: [4-18 Chene (not in LAGAN) abandoned factory building. In the storm all the plywood securing the building blew down, it is now wide open]

What is the nature of the problem: [The property at 345 Neponset ave is abandoned - was purchased at auction - but is a fire hazard for the neighbors, and there are homeless individuals in and out of the property. Today we had to call the police because someone was back there spraying random substances all around both homes. People are leaving trash, and the property is an absolute eyesore and becoming a concern]

States he called the fire dept & they came & investigated & there was no fire. But since they didn't know who owned the property, couldn't turn the alarms off. Called ISD on call & reported & they are sending someone out to investigate]
