What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports that this building was abandoned due to a past foire and the door is currently swinging open to that property.]

What is the nature of the problem: [The property at 345 Neponset ave is abandoned - was purchased at auction - but is a fire hazard for the neighbors, and there are homeless individuals in and out of the property. Today we had to call the police because someone was back there spraying random substances all around both homes. People are leaving trash, and the property is an absolute eyesore and becoming a concern]
