Referred from Health Dpt. Multiple 5 gallon plastic containers in alley way behind business.

UPDATE 9/12/18: Thank you for your message stating the complaint I made was closed because the violation was corrected. The problem is NOT corrected! The problem is not "unkempt dumpster"  rather the fact that there is a coating of cooking grease on the ground from the dumpsters up the alley which is Public Alley 905 to the rear door of the restaurant Deux Ave. It is extremely difficult to get to Mass. Ave. by walking up a slippery incline coated with cooking grease! The grease attracts rodents and debris, it smells bad and is disgusting. It needs to be cleaned with a power hose and hot water. Deux Aves, Cornish Pastries, and Asta are responsible for clean up. The area along Public alley 905 has not been cleaned all summer and it is covered in cooking grease and derbis. What is the nature of the problem: [Caller is reporting that the dumpster in overflowing onto the street and the children are climbing up the ladder on the side of the dumpster and playing in there. someone is going to get hurt. the dumpster is sitting on the city street]

What is the nature of the problem: [This trash is outside in a dumpster all day, every day. Per agreement with the city, trash was supposed to be kept inside in climate controlled enviroment.]

What is the nature of the problem: [the dumpster is beside the building. There was construction going on but has been none for about 6 weeks. The open dunpster is no overflowing with trash including old mattresses.]

Trash left out messily. We politely asked our neighbors to bag their trash, but on trash day they pile bottles, empty food bags, etc on the sidewalk. It looks like it's in front of our building (73) so I don't want to get a ticket because it's coming from the next building over (75). |

There are two overflowing dumpsters behind our home at 2973 Washington St. The first one has not been removed since the first week of January. Instead of removing the old one, CRM brought in a new dumpster, which we have filled, and now has not removed either. There are rats everywhere, the trash gets blown around each time there's a storm, and it smells awful. This is unacceptable. I have reached out to the landlord multiple times and have heard no response. |
