What is the nature of the problem: [management company's dumpster is overflowing, now there's trash all over the ground around it and attracting mice.]

The dumpster behind The Same Old Place, which is directly behind the restaurant is almost always overflowing with trash, which they start to just leave on the ground around it. They also have been leaving the grease trap open which overflows when it rains or snows and covers the surrounding area with grease. |

There are open garbage bags and the smell of feces in the alley behind Clearway toward the Massachusetts Avenue end. Some of the trash sheds on the Clearway side of the alley are open, others are locked but have bags of garbage in front and strewn around them. This aggravates the rat problem in this area. |
