There are open garbage bags and the smell of feces in the alley behind Clearway toward the Massachusetts Avenue end. Some of the trash sheds on the Clearway side of the alley are open, others are locked but have bags of garbage in front and strewn around them. This aggravates the rat problem in this area. |

Every morning this is what Public alley 903 looks like. 1) The driver from JRM Hauling said it was the restaurant’s responsibility and fault because they are putting too much liquid in dumpster, 2) The restaurant property owner, KLL Realty Trust said it was the operators responsibility and he would not take any action against his tenant 3) Dumpling Palace, the operators, said it was JRM Haulers responsibility So this goes unchecked and gets spread throughout the area by traffic.
