There is constant cooing and droppings due to the large amount of pigeons that congregate there.]

Summer St bridge over A St is becoming infested with roosting pigeons, and there is a growing amount of droppings on the A St. sidewalk underneath the bridge (particularly the east side). Besides the sanitation issue, pigeon droppings can cause bridge collapse as in St. Paul, Minn. Can nets or spikes please be installed/ repaired? Thanks |
