What is the nature of the problem: [Caller is reporting her neighbor feeds birds outside the park, on the street, and is attracting "hundreds" of birds to the street, and there is an additional man from the neighborhood, who also comes in to feed the birds, and they are amassing and leaving their droppings all over the street, and over cars]

Because of this there are a lot of pigeons and a lot of pigeon droppings as a result which is a health hazard.]

Pidgeon Infestation has been in Attic since the Fall. Landlord is Alpha Management - I don't expect them to ever deal with this problem. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent at 9 Battery reports pigeon and other bird infestation because her neighbor, (unsure of the address, sign says "All Saints Way", has a sign for donations and pictures of saints outside of the house), continuously feeds the birds.]
