    Scaffolding has been installed directly in front of my windows, and it is blocking the windows and making the apartment feel enclosed and unusable. During the day, the construction noise also makes it very difficult to remain in the apartment. This situation is also severely affecting my anxiety and has been triggering panic symptoms because the blocked windows and bars make the apartment feel like a prison. I would like to request that an inspector check: Whether the scaffolding/construction is properly permitted. Whether my apartment still meets housing-code requirements for light and ventilation. Whether the windows or any emergency exits/egress are improperly blocked. Whether the construction schedule/noise is compliant with Boston rules. Whether any correction or mitigation is required from the landlord/building management. I have photos and videos documenting the condition and can provide them.
