The constituent reports that water first leaked through the ceiling on 9/28/26 due to an overflow. They state that water continues to leak through the walls and ceiling and that there are concerns about the structural integrity of the property. Property management has not attempted to resolve the issue and has only placed a plastic bag over the leak. Additionally, all other tenants have been relocated, but no assistance has been offered to this resident. Please assist. Const reported that there is an active leak from the ceiling at the mentioned address in the bedroom. The const stated that it is a drip that goes on and off. Const is also concerned that there is black mold in the room. This is in unit 105. Const stated that they are supposed to move into the unit and that's when they became aware of the leak.
