The apartment at 2 Murdock Terrace, Boston, MA 02135 is unsafe and uninhabitable. There are rodent droppings, trash in common areas, insects, mold/water damage, and unsafe electrical fixtures. Residents also smoke indoors, which makes the air harmful, especially because I have asthma. This is a serious health and safety violation and the landlord (June Homes) has not resolved it.
