Constituent reported that there is a constant issue with the water heater in the apartment. Const stated that it is constantly leaking and is now affecting the wires in the building. Const reached out to the fire dept and was advised that the water heater needs to be replaced. Const stated that insp has been by before and they someone to come by and do a detailed inspection due to the current living conditions. Const notified management on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. The bathroom adjacent to Apt. 11 has a broken toilet and then the toilet in Apt. #11 backs up and overflows all over the floor; 4 Apartments using 1 drain pipe; BHA has done nothing in 2 years to accomodate this tenant.
