The constituent states they are experiencing issues with the conditions of the property. The constituent states the property has failed numerous inspections and multiple violations issued but continues to pass inspections. The constituent states they just had an inspection that passed (the constituent also reports they were not notified prior, and an inspector will be returning today but has not receieved an update) despite their toilet being loose. The constituent states the landlord continues to tighten the toilet and it is loose (toilet being loose causes difficulty to open the bathroom door and dirt appears when flushing).
