There was a flood last week in the building resulting in the constituents apt floor lifting throughout the residence. There are nails coming from out of the floor and she states her one year old child keeps getting splinters in his foot. Pipes burst two days ago (6/16), all the items in the apartment were damaged and water went everywhere (into the walls and drywall and everything).
