    Another dangerous situation has occurred this evening. At the four corners (West, Austin) there was bottleneck of of traffic (4:30 pm) and Eversource was once again working on West near Austin and half the road was blocked off and Eversource was directing traffic. I am sure they did their best but they are not trained to direct traffic and it was a stressful situation at the least. This should never, ever happen. We have a right to be safe and this did not cut it. It was not safe. Then I get to Lodgehill to take a right and their was an Eversource truck at the corner with their back doors open. I had to move to the left to avoid a head on collision. I am tired of writing up issues where commercial trucks are parked at that corner. Lodgehill is a windy street with little visibility from West Street and it is narrow so the corner being devoid of trucks is crucial to one's safety. | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA E-18]
