Please do not plow snow onto sidewalk from 60 Fenway to 58 Fenway. Is there any way you could add this section of sidewalk to your park plow list? It is only about 20 feet long and it adjoins the park center pathway. You do a good job on the park sidewalks but this unplowed portion forces us to walk in the road to get tou your paths. | SR Area: [Support Services]

There are numerous problems at Factory Hill Playground & stairs: Park lights are out most nights of the week. No rhyme or reason to the nights they are on. Cars come and park at the end of Sunnyside Street and just sit there, some go into the park ( I observed a group of teens park their car across from Factory Hill Playground by Sunnyside Street and enter the park with a case of beer in hand.) The stairs and upper park are never without broken glass bottles strewn about, and there are no trash receptacles to aid in the trash problem. This park has been seriously neglected, much to the remorse of all the families and dog walkers living in this neighborhood. The best that's been done was removing a dangerous and rusty playground last spring, but unfortunately it was not replaced and no neighbors have been given any information on this. The residents here love this park and are concerned with the lack of attention and preventive safety measures enacted to keep this an active and safe neighborhood. At the very least, for the "service request", please keep the park lights and down the stairs to Kelly Field on at night. We need the safety. Thank you. A few problems here: 1) all of the lights do not work on the tennis courts, 2) one of the tennis nets is full of holes and sagging and 3) wish list item - both tennis courts are full of cracks that need to be filled. THANKS! |

The lights were not coming on the tennis courts after 6pm when it was very dark. Also, last time I played and the lights did come on, most of them were out. Please replace them. Thanks! |
