I live at 288 E street , South Boston . There was a guy that stayed here On third floor for 3 Months . I Leave 2 Large garbage Barrels Outside the House On Thursday afternoon at 4 Pm . For 2 and a Half Months he threw his trash away But On Saturday November 9 he left a Big Bag of trash in My front Hallway ( he Has His won Hallway On third floor ) I Called the Landlord Lucio Barbelho 508-479-8251 - His Landlord and the trash was removed - It is Picked up Friday Morning at 9:15 am . On Wednesday November 13 He threw another 3 Big Bags Of trash that stunk and then On Thursday November 14 another Bag and the Hallway really stunk . On November 19 another Big Bag of stinky Garbage which smelled Like stinky sour Milk . I threw that Out Thursday afternoon . Then on Saturday Morning November another giant Bag of Overflowing Bags Of garbage which I cant even Lift . I have tried the Landlord and he Does not respond and Hasn't for 6 Months . Lucio Barbelho , 78 Londonderry road , Framingham, MA. 01701 . His tenant Left November 23 But No response again . Our Neighbors at 290 E street Have a bad Mouse infestation and I have Had to call the exterminator twice In the Past couple years - January 2021 and April 2022 . It costs $500 when the exterminator comes so I take trash removal seriously . Thank You Karen L Morris

My neighbor/abutter had taken it into his own hands to play civil engineer & “reroute the water” (??) onto my property. He had blown all the leaves away (leaves that help the slope) & has DUG trenches on MY property to channel the water away from his. I don’t want him ANYWHERE near my land. It’s bad enough we have to look at MOUNDS & MOUNDS & MOUNDS of trash, debris, shit. What’s worse is the EXCESSIVE EXCESSIVE DIGGING of the rock & foundation. This house will absolutely wash away during a major storm if this continues. Spoken to all abutters & we are at our wits end. Please send inspectional services & get this “neighbor” to cease and d desist. Junk from his garage falls on 11 Vershire’s car & leaves damage. I do not want any trenches, moats, waterways, waterfalls, or water slides on my property. My family is 100 years in this house & proud Boston residents. Please help us. We are desperate.
