Tenants are responsible for costs of power surges from improperly functioning electricity far beyond their actual electricity usage. Tenants are in danger from electric and gas fires from improperly functioning electricity as well as improperly installed heaters and ovens. Ventilation systems have not been serviced in 2+ years and odors, substances, and sounds are coming into individual units from other units. Water temperature is not consistent and there are problems with water drainage and the disbursement of steam created by the shower and dishwasher. The community spaces are not accessible for residents with disabilities, including laundry and trash facilities. The trash dumpsters are not accessible nor clearly marked for waste versus recycling. There is no trash bin at the community playground or signage regarding smoking, alcohol, and drug use on and near the playground. Doors to the roof and garage are not locked nor do they have alarms. The gate to the garage does not work properly and frequently gets stuck, allowing non-community members to come and without any measure of security. Smoking of cigarettes and pot is happening in community spaces, including the garage and playground, and there has been no redress. This park is disgusting. From actual trash to leftover mushy and nasty leaves under the structure from winter. Just clean it please. My kids want to play but it’s not sanitary at all. There are also pieces of water balloons all over which are an extreme danger and choking hazard to kids. Many many kids have died from them. |

April 30th, 2024; Home being flipped or renovated for a quite a few months now at 7 Kovey Ct. Hyde Park MA 02136 with a number of workers digging some sort of trench behind the home & continuously dumping large amounts of dirt and debris down the embankment/hill behind the home towards the property lines of the homes below & behind the property. Concerned could cause problem with foundation of enbankment & may cause trees come down if land slides from debris.
